Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in billing and posting resolution
• Ability to analyze and negotiate billing issues
• Knowledge of consumer and commercial billing processes
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field preferred
