Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in billing or customer service roles
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues effectively
• Knowledge of billing processes and regulations
• Proficiency in using billing software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
