Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Resolution Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead resolution of billing escalations and collaborate with various departments and customers
Develop and implement procedures to enhance billing process efficiency and accuracy
Prepare reports on billing activities and process improvements for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of managerial experience in laboratory and insurance billing
Experience in billing for genetic testing with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Molecular Pathology codes
Understanding of managed care practices and insurance reimbursement
Familiarity with Xifin, SalesForce, Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for healthcare
