Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, negotiate, resolve, document, and report on billing issues and complaints
• Identify solutions to billing issues and present resolution options to customers
• Negotiate and authorize billing settlements within established limits and adjust customer accounts

• Experience in billing or customer service roles
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues effectively
• Knowledge of billing processes and practices
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
