Billing Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Resolution Specialist I to ensure accurate and timely claims coding and billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage various billing workflows, including Deductible Management and Bad Addresses
• Monitor and process incoming fax queues and manually enter claims to payors when necessary
• Attend daily Billing team huddles and achieve performance and quality metrics consistently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3+ years of EMS Billing experience preferred
• Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) certification required
• QMC F10 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of EMS billing rules and health insurance payor groups
