Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and post receipts for hospital services while ensuring accuracy
• Research unclear receipts and post payments to the appropriate accounts
• Maintain logs of daily receipts and contractual postings, and process rejections as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 years of experience in hospital payment posting
• Computer skills and familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Understanding of medical terminology and ability to communicate with insurance payers
• Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
• Responsible use of confidential information
