Billing Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process for Imaging and Physical Therapy services, the full-time Billing Resolution Specialist will manage claim resolution, payment posting, and accounts receivable management in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete billing and payment resolution process for Imaging and Physical Therapy services
• Validate and reconcile charges prior to claim submission and investigate claim edits, rejections, and clearinghouse exceptions
• Serve as the primary liaison for outsourced Physical Therapy billing vendors and monitor their performance and operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with direct responsibility for claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up
• Hands-on experience in Imaging/Radiology and Physical Therapy billing, including knowledge of reimbursement guidelines and payer requirements
• Experience working with or managing outsourced billing vendors and evaluating their performance
