Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions to address billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts
