Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Resource to oversee billing, cash collections, and accounts receivable functions in Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for billing and collection efforts, providing support to Billers and Billing Managers
• Establishes training for Billers and Billing Managers, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Monitors aged accounts receivables and assists in achieving established targets

Required Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in health care billing and collections management
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Demonstrated capability to accurately manage detailed information
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, service center personnel, and payers
• Exhibits ingenuity, autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in job responsibilities
