Billing Revenue Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting billing accuracy and financial reporting, the full-time hybrid Billing Revenue Analyst will manage end-to-end billing processes, prepare journal entries for revenue recognition, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end billing processes, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
• Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue and reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain internal controls over billing and revenue processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Two to five years of experience in accounting, payments, or finance operations, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors
• Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems
• Experience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
