A company is looking for a Manager of OBS Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workflows and ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives
• Prepare and deliver performance coaching and reviews for team members
• Analyze the revenue cycle and implement solutions for billing clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years in supervisory or leadership roles
• Five to seven years of experience in the Medical Billing field
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing processes
• Experience with Epic practice management system preferred
