Billing Services Supervisor

Job Summary

To oversee a P&A Billing Services team, the full-time Billing Services Supervisor will manage daily operations, supervise staff including medical coders and patient financial service representatives, and ensure compliance with billing regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises the billing services operations and provides direction to a cross-disciplinary team
• Manages the billing cycle, ensuring all related issues are reviewed, researched, and resolved
• Participates in staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or Hospital Administration
• Three years of relevant experience if holding an Associate's degree, or six years with a High School diploma, or one year with a Bachelor's degree
• At least one year of experience in a senior level or team lead role preferred
