Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer high volume inbound patient phone calls and written communications
Educate patients on financial responsibilities and collect balances
Research and resolve patient billing queries using database

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required
1-2 years of call center customer service experience preferred
Experience with G-Suite products
Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 8am-8pm EST, Monday to Friday
Ability to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
