- Collaborates with product, engineering, and operations to ensure accurate claim submission
- Monitors claims for clean submission and timely payment
- Assists in error resolution, follows up on denials, and resolves account discrepancies
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance
- Expertise in billing and coding requirements
- Experience in behavioral health billing
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
