Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collision Management Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and approve invoices in the Billing system, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Make manual adjustments to invoices based on changes received after submission
• Review and research billing inquiries from various departments and generate ad-hoc reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years of related experience, or equivalent industry experience
• General fleet business product and service knowledge preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• A mathematical background with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
