Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner
Obtain missing information to ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely
Communicate with clinic personnel and insurance companies regarding billing matters

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Experience in a medical office preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen and/or OnBase) is a plus
Knowledge of DME/Orthotic processes is preferred
Spanish speaking is a plus
