Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for managing the full billing cycle for subscription customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee subscription management, including onboarding, billing, plan changes, and customer communication
- Manage accounts receivables and collections, including following up on overdue invoices and payment plans
- Handle dispute management, client support, reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial operations, or customer service
- Familiarity with SaaS billing models and billing systems/tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe)
- Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
