Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for managing the full billing cycle for subscription customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee subscription management, including onboarding, billing, plan changes, and customer communication
  • Manage accounts receivables and collections, including following up on overdue invoices and payment plans
  • Handle dispute management, client support, reporting, process improvement, and ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, financial operations, or customer service
  • Familiarity with SaaS billing models and billing systems/tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe)
  • Experience with CRM or helpdesk tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
