Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their Finance team in McLean, VA or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Perform quality control checks and resolve billing discrepancies
• Interact with team members and customers to address billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of billing experience in State & Local and Commercial contracting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
• Understanding of T&M and FP contracts
• Working knowledge of Unanet System
• Proficient in Excel and Word
