Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (Remote in CT, PT, or MT Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

Review legal contracts to determine billing requirements
Manually enter client invoice details and maintain supporting documentation
Support monthly close activities and aid with internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting or Business with an emphasis in Accounting
Ability to accurately and efficiently process large amounts of data
Experience in a remote corporate accounting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Must be located in PT, CT, or MT time zones
