Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter repair orders into the service database system
• Create and submit invoices based on repair orders and customer-specific rates
• Communicate with customers and technicians to gather necessary information and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with Mitchell One or similar estimating systems
• Knowledge of standard repair times for common services
• Experience in service writing is preferred
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
