Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage complex invoicing and collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complex client invoices and perform data analytics on large datasets using Excel
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams for customer onboarding
• Build strong customer relationships to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and data flow between WMS and OMS
• Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proven ability to perform data analytics and identify billing discrepancies
• Self-motivated and organized with a strategic mindset
