Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Collects delinquent A/R accounts and documents collection efforts
• Maintains current AR and DSO at acceptable levels while achieving quarterly cash goals
• Addresses denials and responds to payer correspondence in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six (6) months of prior healthcare insurance experience
• Computer literate with the ability to type, file, and maintain audit records
