Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice reconciliation and monitoring vendor budgets
• Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and resolve payment issues
• Generate and distribute Traffic Instructions and collaborate with internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Solid work ethic with self-motivation to exceed expectations
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft and Google Workspace products
• Media-related or accounting experience preferred
