Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes to achieve cash collection goals and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee the Ready to Bill queue, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions
• Conduct audits and review delivery tickets for accuracy while communicating with team members

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college education preferred
• 3 to 4 years of experience in medical billing, with knowledge of managed care and reimbursement
• Experience auditing documentation for compliance with payer requirements
• Familiarity with automated billing systems and basic accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing skills of at least 40 wpm
