Key Responsibilities

• Complete invoicing processes for Ancillary Healthcare services and generate vendor payments and customer invoices
• Provide professional customer service to assist customers and vendors with billing inquiries
• Perform accurate data review and entry, ensuring alignment with contracted service level expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Ability to operate corporate proprietary systems
• Effective multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
