Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (Remote DFW TX).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of customer data and manage account audits
• Process customer orders to billing and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist with billing disputes and maintain timely customer support

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and some college required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in an Accounting or Finance role, with collections and/or billing experience preferred
• Intermediate and/or Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Epicor is a plus
• Ability to interpret and enforce contract terms
