Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist - Parcel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complex client invoices for fulfillment services and parcel, utilizing data analytics and Excel
• Collaborate with various teams to understand customer workflows and onboarding processes
• Build strong customer relationships to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 3PL operations and data flow between WMS and OMS
• Bachelor's degree in business or data analytics, or 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Proven ability to perform data analytics and investigate billing issues
• Self-motivated and organized with strategic thinking skills
