Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist, responsible for invoicing and liaising between account management and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete invoicing for agency bill items based on workflows and service standards
• Support account servicing teams with invoicing inquiries and adjustments
• Review and resolve direct bill discrepancies and coordinate with the accounting team for corrections

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office environment
• College degree preferred
• Previous accounting experience or education preferred
• Experience with Applied Systems EPIC preferred
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute work activities independently
