Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform claims follow-up, including working on aging and denials
• Coordinate the resubmission of claims and submit appeals with supporting documentation
• Investigate insurance overpayments and assist with special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of healthcare experience or one year of accounts receivable experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days
• Must have working knowledge of the English language
• No specific licenses or certifications required
