Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, coordinate, and implement billing and related processes
• Process claims and resolve issues affecting timely claim payments
• Assist and mentor staff in billing practices and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two (2) years of medical billing experience required, five (5) years preferred
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
