Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist responsible for maintaining financial health and operational efficiency through accurate billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and send invoices accurately and on time
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Related field or applicable billing experience
• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Zuora, NetSuite, and Suite Billing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to billing practices is a plus
