Key Responsibilities

• Complete invoicing processes for CareIQ Ancillary Healthcare services
• Provide customer service to assist customers and vendors with billing inquiries
• Perform administrative review of medical notes and bills, ensuring alignment with appointment types and contracted amounts

Required Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Ability to learn and operate proprietary systems
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, including MS Office
