Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist (Remote DFW TX).

Key Responsibilities

Process all billing transactions according to contracted services
Resolve inquiries and disputes while maintaining customer communication
Assist with collections and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in billing and/or collections
Business or Accounting degree preferred
Ability to interpret and execute contract terms
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
Experience with NetSuite and Epicor is helpful
