Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the billing and payments specialist for the Customer Success organization, providing deep product knowledge
• Lead complex billing and payments engagements from initial assessment through resolution
• Document common billing and payments conditions and develop structured playbooks for high-risk scenarios

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Deep familiarity with billing and collection processes in accounting firms or professional services
• Experience with accounting platforms such as Xero or QuickBooks is a strong advantage
• Strong documentation instincts for creating reusable resources from resolved cases
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and confidence in expertise
