Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the billing and payments expert for the Customer Success organization, leading complex engagements from assessment to resolution
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to guide customer sessions and refine billing and payments processes
  • Document common billing scenarios and develop structured playbooks for high-risk situations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role, preferably in B2B SaaS with a financial component
  • Deep familiarity with billing and collection processes in accounting firms or professional services
  • Experience with practice management or accounting platforms like Xero or QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Strong documentation instincts and ability to create reusable resources from resolved cases
  • Comfortable operating autonomously and handling high-pressure situations effectively
