Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Payments Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the billing and payments specialist for the Customer Success organization, providing deep product knowledge
• Lead complex billing and payments engagements from initial assessment through resolution
• Document common billing scenarios and develop structured playbooks for high-risk situations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Deep familiarity with billing and collection processes in accounting firms or professional services
• Experience with accounting platforms such as Karbon, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous
• Strong product intuition and ability to diagnose billing issues quickly
• Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and expertise in the domain
