Key Responsibilities

• Analyze payment files using Excel and other billing tools, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information
• Create and process invoices for customers while maintaining communication for any missing information
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience as a Billing Analyst or similar role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Experience with payment providers, especially Pay Clearly, is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
