Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage billing, cash receipts, and collections in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process sales orders and issue invoices in a timely manner
• Act as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries and resolve disputes related to invoices and payments
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collection efforts in collaboration with the accounting team

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-entity organization, with professional services experience preferred
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other cloud-based accounting platforms
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proven self-starter who can work effectively in a remote environment
