Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing
• Support billing operations across the Order-to-Cash cycle and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
• Handle month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, billing, or Sales Operations
• Strong Excel skills, including pivots and formulas
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
