Key Responsibilities

• Monitor reports and worklists to identify and resolve claim issues efficiently
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims and escalate trends to leadership for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare billing and insurance experience required
• Experience with claim clearinghouses highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple technology applications simultaneously
