Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage comprehensive billing operations for financial advisors and wealth management firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of billing cycles for high-net-worth RIA/TAMP portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Act as an internal Orion power-user, architecting fee structures and optimizing platform configurations
• Design data integrity frameworks and manage billing onboarding for large-scale firm migrations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RIA or TAMP billing operations within a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience with Orion Advisor Tech or similar enterprise platforms
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of SEC billing regulations
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects alongside recurring billing cycles
