Job Summary

Supporting a growing physician network, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will assist customers with billing and claims resolution inquiries through high-volume email and phone communication in a customer service-oriented call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to high volume inquiries via email and phone
• Providing resolution support for complex claims and billing inquiries
• Acting as a subject matter expert and communicating updates to team members

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; advanced certification is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and claims resolution preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a call center customer service environment
• Experience with software such as Salesforce, Word, and Excel
• Access to a private, quiet workspace with high-speed internet for remote work
