Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Billing Operations team, the full-time Billing Specialist will review and validate customer invoices for accuracy across multiple billing cycles while collaborating with analysts and finance teams to ensure compliance and timely billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review invoices post-generation for pricing, formatting, and charge accuracy before customer distribution
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure completeness and consistency across all billing cycles
• Identify billing discrepancies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues impacting invoice accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations, preferably in telecommunications or SaaS
• Familiarity with enterprise billing systems such as SAP BRIM or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation
• Knowledge of billing controls and revenue processes
