Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Billing Specialist will manage the accounts receivable process, including billing cycle management, customer inquiries, and invoice accuracy, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the billing cycle from charge entry to collections follow-up and maintain accurate client records
• Process invoices and payments for partnerships, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with third-party billing vendors to ensure billing accuracy and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in healthcare
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Netsuite
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
