Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Executing daily billing activities, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will generate invoices, process payments, and handle customer communications to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate invoices and apply payments in the billing system
• Monitor and resolve failed payments, expired credit cards, and dunning workflows
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues via email and phone calls

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations experience
• Familiarity with subscription billing tools
• Customer service or support experience is a plus
