Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Analyzing and coordinating the resolution of billing errors, the part-time Billing Specialist will operate a database, monitor errors, and identify process improvement opportunities while working remotely on an as-needed basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provides complete and concise reporting and analysis of billing
• Coordinates between various departments and Patient Accounts regarding billing errors
• Acts as the primary resource for financial data and analysis, offering insights on account-level and receivables management

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in billing or financial services
