Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support accurate and timely billing for investment management clients, the remote Billing Specialist will manage billing audits, maintain client account structures, and collaborate with advisors and internal teams, with a preference for candidates in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly billing audits, including fee calculations and account troubleshooting
• Review and maintain client accounts to ensure accurate fee schedule assignments
• Partner with advisors and internal stakeholders to update and maintain billing instructions

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with integrated financial systems and billing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Understanding of portfolio accounting and client performance reporting concepts
• Experience with Orion and Salesforce strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and organization
