Leading billing workstreams for newly acquired companies, the full-time remote Billing Specialist will manage legacy fee schedules, reconcile plan-level data, and migrate billing into enterprise systems within the retirement industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead billing workstreams for M&A integration, focusing on newly acquired companies
• Map legacy fee schedules and reconcile plan-level billing data
• Migrate billing processes into enterprise systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Advanced expertise in TPA billing, including per-participant fees and compliance service fees
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounts receivable practices
• Experience with plan-level billing, annual compliance billing, and plan terminations
• High proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Proven experience in M&A integration within the retirement plan or financial services industry
