Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage data analysis and billing processes for various university service lines, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely invoicing for study-specific fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to services utilized by different departments and study accounts
• Prepare and process billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while reconciling discrepancies between service provider data and billing statements
• Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation, collaborating with finance and accounting teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, financial management, or billing
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software, including Excel, Workday, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
