Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Billing Specialist will manage the processing of client invoices, establish billing parameters, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating with the Billing Manager and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Establish billing parameters and create accurate client invoices based on contract terms
• Consistently review and confirm invoice details across systems and assist with aged client invoices
• Respond to client inquiries and track A/R Aging for internal and external clients

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Billing experience and/or relevant industry experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage Intacct experience desired
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
